Project management in brief

In clinical research, project management is the ship’s captain that steers a project through all its stages, from start to finish. Thanks to these skills, the project evolves from conception, through planning, executing, controlling, interacting with many teams and contributors, to conclusion. All this takes place ideally achieving the goals set, within the timeframe and budget given. Adept project managers steer a project out, through choppy waters on a challenging journey, and finally navigate it into the harbour.
