About the SCTO

What is the Swiss Clinical Trial Organisation (SCTO)?

The Swiss Clinical Trial Organisation’s nationally coordinated Network includes the Clinical Research Centres (CRCs) of five university hospitals and two cantonal hospitals. As Switzerland’s reference academic infrastructure for high-quality, patient-centered clinical research, the SCTO provides comprehensive services and expert support essential for conducting studies.

Who are the SCTO’s members?

Our members are Clinical Research Centres located at Swiss university hospitals and cantonal hospitals, as well as the Swiss Cancer Institute.

How can the SCTO support my research project?

We provide tools, training, and expert guidance through our Platforms in auditing, data management, education, monitoring, project management, regulatory affairs, safety, and statistics and methodology.
