The SCTO has launched the 2027/28 RoR project call. The call supports collaborative projects across the SCTO CRC Network. Priority is given to projects investigating how the quality, efficiency, and transparency of clinical research practice in Switzerland can be improved by translating research findings into clinical research processes.

Working with human genetic material in Switzerland means navigating requirements set out in several different laws. This session will explain the applicable legal framework and show how consent and information requirements vary depending on the type of samples and data involved.

ECRIN, the European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network, has launched ECRIN 2030, a new project designed to future-proof European clinical research infrastructure over the coming decade. Co-funded by the European Union, the project brings together ECRIN and its 12 national partner organisations across 13 European countries,  including the SCTO as the Swiss partner.
