Clinical data from 800,000 patients unlocked: The SPHN Federated Clinical Routine Dataset
Developed over eight years, the Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN) recently published the metadata catalogue for one of Switzerland’s largest and most comprehensive clinical datasets, covering semantically harmonised data points of more than 800,000 patients from Switzerland’s University Hospitals.
About this session
This seminar session will provide an overview of the SPHN Federated Clinical Routine Dataset, a remarkable resource designed to give healthcare researchers access to vast amounts of patient data for further use research according to HRO chapter 3.
The session will take place on Wednesday, 18 March 2026, 12:00-13:00.
